Annie Holden was born and raised in Washington and has been dancing for over 20 years. She is a teacher, performer, and choreographer. She has been a student of life and art in many arenas and countries around the world. She's trained and toured with GX International as well as University of the Nation's School of Dance, acquiring a love for cross cultural performance art. Annie's love for choreography lead her to attend Laban Dance Conservatory in London where she received a diploma in dance studies. Her work exudes a culturally driven, contemporary-modern energy. She is inspired by everything and effortlessly inspires all those around her. She believes deeply in the healing that comes from the arts: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Annie lives with her husband, Michael (a glassblower and craftsmen), and is currently in school full time studying Communications, and Dance.

Lindsey Williams is from outside of Portland, Oregon and has extensively trained at the Oregon Ballet Theatre while intermittently attending summer intensives at Pacific Northwest Ballet. She majored in Dance at Cottey College which is where she found her passion for modern dance and choreography. She earned her BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle where she met Erica French and Annie Holden. Lindsey offers herself fully in her dance while she moves with incredible strength and grace. She continues to explore choreography, dance for film and dance theatre with Althea Fantast.
Lindsey currently lives with her husband, Brendon (a musician and composer), and her Dachshund puppy, Stella. Lindsey is Althea's "Principle Dancer." ;)

Erica French has roots in the South; she grew up and was trained in Georgia, but then continued on to study and perform with the University of the Nations. It was there that she met Annie Holdon and together they found a similar vision for dance while performing internationally. In 2008, Erica moved to Seattle to attend Cornish College of the Arts where she found a new love for Modern Dance, and a dear friend/roommate in Lindsey Williams. A year later, Erica spent two years recovering from a hip surgery, but continued teaching, performing and exploring choreography for film. While recovering, Erica obtained a Full Apparatus Certification in Pilates Technique and has taught at PNB Conditioning, Vitality Pilates, and Bria Pilates. In the summer of 2015 she moved to Reno/Lake Tahoe with her husband, where she continues to teach Pilates and explore dance for film; she hopes to use technology and film to find new ways to create dance and stay connected with Annie and Lindsey, even across state lines, and to also connect to other artists across national lines...
Erica wants to use the reverberations of life's experiences and changes to become more innovative, to create, to process and to make tangible what would otherwise not be.
